History of Rushmore

Rushmore was incorporated in the state of California in 1981. The sole objective of the Rushmore Group^TM was to establish a high level of business expertise, with a team that could help prosperous families and successful entrepreneurs, reach their goals while keeping their wealth within the family.

In 1986 Rushmore, along with Nels Klyver PhD, created The Value Transfer Group. The V.T.G. is nationally recognized as a preferred organizational development corporation. V.T.G. has helped scores of corporations streamline their companies and improve efficiency and profits.

In 1995 Rushmore created Rushmore International Consultants, which was formed to assist domestic and foreign clients in protecting their assets. R.I.C. has helped corporations and families protect millions of dollars, which would have otherwise been subject to estate taxes and lawsuits.

Rushmore is a premier corporation in the corporate value enhancement business. We help corporate owners become the “chairman” of their company, rather than the highest paid employee. Making this transition elevates the owner’s life experience and prepares the corporation to receive premium offers, when it comes time to sell or transfer to a third party.
